Blogger Ashburg Katto, who recently denounced People Power has spilled dirt about People Power boss Bobi Wine.
Ashburg claims Bobi’s camp is on fire with all of his close associates disgruntled but dying in silence. He said majority of youths are questioning the value Bobi has added on to their lives other than photo moments and throwing cheap parties.
In a Facebook message Ashburg posted today, the former People Power die-hard warned people power supporters against provoking him into battle because he knows much.
“Apart from posting us, taking pictures with him (Bobi) and his family, giving us mentions, making for us cheap parties at Busabala with one cow …ate nayo waliwo agiwadeyo, what else has he done for us; me and the entire firebase army or People power?” Ashburg posted on his Facebook page.
Ashburg dared Bobi Wine’s group to challenge him with one person Bobi has helped. He also threatened to spill secrets of how his fellow colleagues in People Power have been expressing disgruntlement against Bobi Wines’s unworthiness.
He says, his colleagues in People Power should stop insulting him just because he joined NRM since he has not benefited from supporting Bobi Wine.
“Banye don’t provoke me to speak dirty. You idiots insulting me, should i bring screen shots of our Whats-app groups of how we have all been backbiting him (Bobi) how he has added nothing to us? Eddie Mutwe, Shaffi Adams, Malidadi, Senior Ronnie, Zawedde, Viola, Nheto, Qlan, Washington etc. we all know deep” He said.
On Tuesday, Ashburg confirmed quitting People Power after photos and videos of him with President Museveni and Balam Barugahara leaked on social media.
He first showed signs he wanted to cross to NRM early this year when screenshots leaked negotiating to meet the NRM bosses.
Ashburg continued to shock People Power die-hards when he took to social media to plead with NRM mobilizer Balam Barugahara to bail out bloggers with food which the events promoter did.
He said he has a grand plan to revive the ghetto youths through his initiative “GHETTO INITIATIVE, LIGHT UP THE GHETTO” which he conceived last year.
“MPOZI NAKATALEKEKA…. THE PRESIDENT ACCEPTED MY PROPOSAL AND IT IS GOING TO BE IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS CORONA LOCKDOWN” Ashburg posted yesterday.
Once Bobi’s right-hand man, Katto seems to have indeed deserted his boss, his movement, his struggle.
