It’s no longer a rumor nor a secret that NBS TV’s Annet Nambooze a.k.a Annatalia Ozzie is joining politics and specifically eyeing the August House.
Just like other media personalities planning to log in into politics are slowly logging out from their active media jobs, unconfirmed reports from the Kamwokya based TV Station reveal that Anna is set to tender in her resignation at the end of this month to join active politics.
Anna is eyeing the Central Region Youth MP seat.
For the recent past, Annatalia has been involved in a number of youth projects and initiatives that are working to seeing an improvement in the livelihood of the youth in the central region.
In 2019, Anna founded “Women4Her” an organisation that fights for rights of the women as well as women standing in for one another, and the 256 saving challenge that advocated for the saving habit amongst the youths and students in schools.
If all goes according to plan, Annatalia will face Justine Nameere who is coming for the same position as youth central MP on the NRM ticket.
The incumbent Central Region Youth MP, Sarah Babirye Kizito, is now eyeing Bukoto East constituency MP seat in the 2021 general elections.
