The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has unveiled the official trophy for the FUFA Women Super League – a symbol of excellence, triumph and the rising spirit of women’s football in Uganda.
Standing 455mm tall, the glittering masterpiece embodies the strength, elegance and grace of the women who define Uganda’s top flight women’s league.
At its heart is a striking figurine of a woman poised in athletic achievement, lifting a ball high above her head. Her posture exudes power and confidence, with her front leaning slightly outward and her back curving gently inward, reflecting both strength and poise. Her arms rise in a V-shape, holding the ball in a symbolic gesture of victory and ambition.
The intricately designed ball features a radiant golden sphere emerging from a base, representing the determination and raw talent that shines through in the league. It stands atop five stepped tiers, forming a transitional base that connects the figurine to the larger foundation. The solid two-tier pedestal base is inscribed with ‘FUFA Women Super League’ grounding the trophy in its identity.
A flowing golden scarf adds a dynamic visual element, spiraling around the central structure and binding the tiers to the figurine. This subtle yet powerful detail nods to the unity and individuality of the athletes competing for this honor.
