Bellow is the Kings speech in full:
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, gathered here at the House of Prayer Ministries International-Kampala. Good morning, Praise Lord.
I wish to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Pastor Aloysius Bugingo, the House of Prayer Ministries International, and the entire congregation for the warm welcome and reception I received on this historic prayer day. Your hospitality, kindness, and generosity have left a permanent mark on my heart, and I am truly humbled by the love and warmth shown to me and my delegation. Thank you once again for making this day so memorable and special. May God richly bless you and reward your kindness. Thank you.
Pastor Aloysius Bugingo you are widely renowned for your tireless efforts in mentoring the youth, fostering their spiritual growth, and empowering to them become leaders of integrity and purpose. This is a commendable work.
As we lift our voices in prayer daily, I urge you to remember that faith without works is dead. Let us balance our spiritual growth with hard work and development. As children of God, we are called to be productive and contribute positively to our communities. In fact, the only thing the Lord never allowed the enemy access to, is the hand of the universal clock to stop time. Thus, the Lord would never allow the devil access to hold or touch the hand of the clock to stop your day from coming or even your time and seasons. Work very hard in conjunction with prayer and you will always prosper and shine. Praise Lord. Never allow the devil to look through your spiritual realm and into your calendar.
As Ugandans gathered here in prayer, let us not forget our rich cultural heritage and identity. Our traditions, customs, and values are what make us unique and strong. Let us continue to celebrate and pass them down to our future generations.
In these politically charged season, I caution you to be mindful of those who may seek to use you for their own gain. Stay focused on the realities of the present and the needs of future generations. Let us not be swayed by empty promises or divisive rhetoric. Instead, let us work together towards a brighter future, built on the principles of love, unity, and development. Let us be the salt and light of the communities.
As your king, I commit to working tirelessly for the betterment of our nation and our people. I urge you to join me in this pursuit, and together, let us build a Uganda that is prosperous, peaceful, and proud of its heritage.
As I stand before you today with the Grace of God, I ask myself, ‘Why am I here in prayer?’ And the answer is clear: I am here to seek divine guidance, wisdom, and strength. I am here to humble myself before God, to acknowledge my limitations, and to surrender my will to His.
As I reflect on my journey, I am reminded of the profound impact that Pastor Aloysius Bugingo has had on many of you in this country. His ministry has been a beacon of hope, inspiring us to deepen our faith and to seek a higher purpose. So I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Pastor Bugingo for opening up our minds and eyes to the power of prayer and faith. Your ministry has been a blessing not just to us, but to countless others who have been touched by your message of hope and redemption.
As we gather here today, I urge you to ask yourself the same question: ‘Why am I here in prayer?’ Is it to seek healing, guidance, or wisdom? Is it to express gratitude, to celebrate a milestone, or to seek forgiveness? Whatever your reason, I encourage you to be sincere, to be authentic, and to be open to the movement of the Holy Spirit. Let us pray with expectation, with faith, and with the assurance that God is always listening, always guiding, and always providing. Thank you again, Pastor Bugingo, for creating this sacred space for us to connect with God and with each other. May our prayers be answered, may our hearts be healed, and may our lives be transformed by the power of prayer.
As we conclude our time of prayer together, I want to leave you with a blessing. May your life be filled with joy, peace, and purpose. May you experience the transformative power of God’s love and presence. I can assure you, you will never be the same after this encounter! The seeds of faith, hope, and love have been sown in your hearts, and I have no doubt that they will bear fruit in the days ahead. So, as your King I bless you, dear friends, and your loved ones who are not here with us today. May God’s favor, protection, and guidance be upon you all. May you walk in the light of his love, and may your lives be a tribute to His goodness and greatness. Go forth, dear friends, and may the blessings of the Almighty be upon you.
Pastor Aloysius Bugingo, esteemed guests, and beloved members of the House of Prayer Ministries International, I bring greetings from my people of Bugisu, and I am grateful for this opportunity to share a message of hope and resilience.
As we gather here today, I am reminded of the words of Psalm 34:18, ‘The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.’ In times of tragedy and hardship, we can find comfort in God’s presence. As a nation, we have faced many challenges, including the recent landslides that have affected many lives in Bugisu region. But even in the midst of tragedy, we have the power to make a difference. As Isaiah 58:12 says, ‘Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.’ Today, I urge you to join me in supporting our brothers and sisters in Bugisu who have been affected by the landslides. Let us show our love and support to those in need. Let us come together as one people, united in our pursuit of a better tomorrow. So I leave you with a challenge today. Let us rise up and be the change we want to see in our nation and in ourselves. Let us be the hands and feet of Jesus, bringing hope and healing to those around us.
My message of hope is that I strongly encourage the House of Prayer Ministries International to embark on developing clear, universal projects across various regions in Uganda, starting with Bugisu. These projects should aim to consolidate and amplify the Word of God through tangible, physical activities that resonate with the principles of Christianity. By doing so, the ministry will not only demonstrate its commitment to spreading the Gospel but also provide a visible representation of God’s love and compassion. These projects can range from: – Community development initiatives – Education and healthcare programs – Disaster relief and rehabilitation efforts – Empowerment programs for vulnerable groups.
Through these endeavors, the House of Prayer Ministries International can: – Demonstrate the power of faith in action – Foster greater unity and cooperation among believers – Provide opportunities for spiritual growth and discipleship – Showcase the transformative impact of Christianity on individuals and communities. I pray that these projects will be a blessing to our nation and a testament to the life-changing power of the Gospel.
Pastor Aloysius Bugingo, having said that I would like to extend a special invitation to you to visit my kingdom, Bugisu, in December, 2025. I humbly request that you join us to offer prayers for our land and our people. As you may know, our communities have been severely affected by disasters, leaving many of our people, especially women and children, with deep physical and emotional scars. The trauma and psychological distress caused by these horrific acts have had a profound impact on our communities. Your presence and prayers would bring immense comfort, hope, and healing to our people. Your ministry has been a beacon of light to many, and we believe that your prayers will help to bring restoration and peace to our land.
Thank you for listening, and may God bless all of you abundantly. Long live the House of Prayer Ministries International! Long live the people of Uganda. Long live the people of Bugisu! And long live the spirit of unity and resilience that binds us all together! May God bless you, may God bless Uganda and the Government under the visionary leadership of H.E.Y.K. Museveni, and may God bless the House of Prayer Ministries International with her spiritual leaders in this church.
Be Blessed.
Sir Jude Mike Mudoma
